The through-line has always been the same question.
How do you take something complex and ambiguous and make it controlled and measurable? That question has driven twenty years of work — from building DNS architecture for cashless transaction systems, to running process improvement engagements inside a $1.9T financial institution operating under constant regulatory scrutiny.
Along the way: management consulting serving financial services and retail clients. Advanced credentials in project management, process engineering, and IT service management. A decade at the VP level where “getting it wrong” had a real price tag.
When AI became real — not theoretical — it looked like the same problem with a new failure mode. AI systems introduce entropy at every stage of a workflow. The ambiguity at the input becomes amplified assumptions in the middle, which become inconsistent behavior in the output. The answer isn't to avoid AI. It's to build structure around it.
